Hi, I’m Tiffany!
Whether we’ve known each other for years, recently crossed paths, or you’re brand new around here, I’m so happy you’re here! I thought it would be fun to share a little about the girl behind the needle & and the heart behind the wellness.
First and foremost, I’m a wife to my sweet husband, Lance, and a mama to five beautiful children who fill my heart and my days with so much love and joy! I’m also a proud Christian, and my faith is the foundation of everything I do. My greatest goal is to reflect the love of Jesus in the way I live, love, and care for others.
Now, let’s talk about how I got here!
I’m a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of nursing experience and have been blessed to spend nearly the last three years doing something I absolutely LOVE. Along the way, my passion for helping women feel their best has grown to include wellness, medical weight loss, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
I earned my Master’s in Nursing from the University of South Carolina and my Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Biology from USC Upstate.
For as long as I can remember, I knew I wanted a career in medicine. Maybe it was the cute white coat that first caught my eye; because, let’s be real, I’ve always loved a good outfit! but I knew I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives.
My nursing journey began in the Cardiac Care Unit, caring for some of the sickest patients. After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I transitioned into a heart failure clinic. Those years gave me an incredible foundation in medicine, patient care, and critical thinking—skills I carry with me into my aesthetic and wellness practice every single day.
But here’s where my worlds collided!
I’ve ALWAYS been a girly girl. Give me all the makeup, skincare, handbags, jewelry, pretty things, and, of course, anything PINK! But somewhere along the way, I realized it wasn’t really the makeup or the pretty things I loved most. It was the way they made me FEEL. That little boost of confidence, the extra pep in my step, and the feeling of being the best version of myself.
And that’s when I knew aesthetics was where my heart belonged.
What I love most about being an aesthetic injector isn’t simply enhancing someone’s features. It’s helping people look in the mirror and feel beautiful, refreshed, confident, and still completely like THEMSELVES. Sometimes the smallest, most natural enhancements can make the biggest difference in how someone feels. And getting to be a little part of that? It’s truly my happy place!
But as much as I LOVE all things beauty, I’ve learned that feeling beautiful is about so much more than what we see in the mirror.
That’s where my passion for wellness comes in!
Through medical weight loss and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, I have the opportunity to care for women in a whole different way. Because sometimes it’s not about wanting to look younger or fit into a smaller pair of jeans. Sometimes it’s about wanting your energy back, feeling comfortable in your own skin, understanding the changes your body is going through, and simply wanting to feel like YOU again.
And I absolutely love being able to walk alongside people on that journey.
I believe beauty and wellness go hand in hand. It’s about looking good, feeling good, and having the confidence to show up as the best version of yourself—inside AND out!
Whether we’re talking about a little Botox, subtle lip enhancement, skincare, weight loss goals, or navigating hormonal changes, my heart behind it all is the same: helping you feel heard, cared for, confident, and beautiful in your own skin.
I feel incredibly blessed to combine my medical knowledge, years of nursing experience, artistic eye, and love for all things beauty and wellness into a career that feels like it was made just for me.
