Hey everyone! I’m Lauren! 🤍 Some of you may already know me, while others may be getting to know me for the first time. I thought I’d share a little about myself, my journey in nursing, and how I found my way into the world of aesthetics! This has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember, and I’m so excited to share a little piece of my story with you!
I was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC, and my love for all things beauty, girly, and glam started long before I ever stepped into nursing school. In high school, I was always the friend doing everyone’s makeup, hair, spray tans, and everything in between! I’ve always loved helping others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin, and I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to make a difference in people’s lives.
I attended Spartanburg Community College for nursing school. While attending nursing school, I worked as a Patient Care Technician on the Orthopedic Trauma floor at Spartanburg Regional. During that time, I cared for patients experiencing everything from car accidents and crushing injuries to gunshot wounds and hip fractures. I graduated nursing school in 2024 and began my career as a Registered Nurse on that same floor, where I’ve continued to grow both personally and professionally.
Although I love the experience I have had in trauma nursing, everyone who knew me in nursing school and at the hospital knew that my ultimate dream was to become an aesthetic nurse injector. I’ve always been fascinated by Botox, skincare, laser treatments, and the way aesthetic treatments can enhance natural beauty while helping someone feel more confident.
Shortly after becoming an RN, I pursued my certifications in Botox and dermal fillers, knowing that aesthetics was the direction I wanted to take my nursing career. Joining The Vitality Co. truly feels like an answered prayer, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to turn a longtime dream into a reality!
